Gray Farmhouse Metal Wine Holder with Wooden Handle - Benjara 6 Bottle Review

This is cute and keeps my wine bottles out of the way and in the center of the table which is better than having them fall off.

I wouldn't call it "elegant" because of the thin electroplated metal. Something you could use as a decoration in a rust room or as an outdoor BBQ decoration in a red gingham tablecloth. And the handle is scratched.

I bought 2 of these wine holders. One arrived broken on the sides but I was able to push back the brittle metal. I would return them but I am using them as packaging for a wine gift set and time was not on my side. Also, I had to bend and file the metal edges near the handle and nut. They were extremely sharp and definitely dangerous. Not worth the price in my opinion but as I said I didn't have time to return it and had to settle for it.

I was excited to purchase this trivet because I felt the galvanized look would look great in my rustic kitchen. And it's nice. But it's oddly made and actually impractical. I'm not sure I would call it 'elegant' - but it's metal - maybe cheap tin. but it works and is attractive! We use it to hold six bottles of English Sherry for my father-in-law (he is 88 and like many Boomers is now our parents' guardian), the holder is handy for storing and transporting bottles. Unlike wine bottles, which should generally be stored tilted when the wine covers the cork, English sherry will leak when tilted.
