It actually works well

I upgraded my Ender5 Pro to have direct drive extrusion. The installation actually went well. I read the reviews before purchasing. It seems that they solved most of the problems stated in the review. There was an installation guide in the box and the offsets between the extruder and the hot end also appeared to have been fixed. at least in my kit. I used a stock seal. Most likely you will have to cut off the connecting teflon tube. I know what I did because the air couplings are very close…

Excellent quality and good performance

Overall I am very happy with this kit but I would like to point out a few things that might make your life easier during installation. was ok for me because I have a BLTouch). There is no slot in the metal plate to support the standard fan housing, meaning it will install crookedly if you don't have a bed level sensor. With my BLTouch mounted on the left side of the hotend, the fan cover mounts easily over the BLTouch bracket. If you don't have a bed height sensor, you can print out a spacer to

Excellent kit. Don't forget to set the X switch

I wish I could give it 5 stars. It's so close. First, it works much better than stocks. This kit contains everything you need. The Ender 5 is great but awkward at times. This mod not only improves reliability but also makes it easier to use depending on your settings. Overall, this kit is easy to install, uses high quality parts (except for the extruder) and is more ergonomic than more expensive direct drive conversion kits.
