Don’t buy. good for me

Died after 1 month of use. I’m a licensed home inspector and use this tester a lot. Today it simply died. Garbage. Unintuitive Design: Some users have reported that the device's interface and indicators can be confusing to interpret, making it difficult to use effectively for those without electrical expertise.

LEDs work, but Volt meter read 5 V too low.

Very disappointed that the voltmeter's accuracy is so poor. With several high quality digital multimeters, I compared this device's readings to theirs. They all read within 0.1 V, except for this product, which consistently reads 5 volts less than the actual voltage. I tested it from 80 to 135 VAC with a variac. It reads about 4.6 V low at 80, to 5.5 V low at 135. I would easily accept +/- one digit and 1%, which would be as much as 2.3 volts high or low, but 5 V low is too much error. Even my…

Easy to use: my feedback

As an Electrician, I use this tool nearly daily, It gives a fast accurate reading. The only issue with this product is how large it is and wont fit in certain receptacles, such as clock outlets. I bought a 1' extension cord to use with the tester, and that solves that issue. I highly recommend for any electrician to keep on hand in their tool bag.

Works Great But Manual Is Not Clearly Written

This item worked perfectly, but there was one thing I did not understand at first.I was expecting the various conditions to light up to indicate correct wiring or a problem. But those conditions are just a written table that corresponds to the three lights at the top of the display. One might think that this is obvious, but for some reason it did not occur to me at first. That small thing helped me a lot to check every outlet when we moved to brand new house and report found issues back to builder.
