Bought this faucet to replace one in our 12 year old reverse osmosis system. Chose it for style and price. Couldn't be happier! I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Good quality and fairly close in design to our other Kohler kitchen faucets. Easy installation. But it included a plastic washer to attach it under our granite countertops. Arrived quickly and complete as advertised. It was easy to install with good quick fasteners. This seems like a pretty solid design, but I don't have any long-term data. Two things to note. First, the included mounting hardware may not be sufficient for the larger counter hole on the bottom. I had to use large washers from a previous unit I was replacing to secure the fitting. ***6 Month Update*** This faucet still looks and works just as well as it did when I installed it. But there was a small problem. The valve handle kept coming loose. The threads appear to be frayed. A small but annoying problem. I could probably fix that with Loctite but figured I didn't need that. I informed the seller, ESOW, of the problem on Saturday morning and they responded within 8 hours and sent me a new unit without question. Other companies should follow for GREAT customer service! As
