Rarely do I give a product 3 stars and then claim it is best in class. The reason is the price. At $386 with tax, this chair is expensive. It is durable, comfortable, easy to assemble and a quality chair that is best in class. For seating comfort, the chair period is probably the best! butt. First off, let me say that this chair is quite comfortable, has a lot of features and is good value for money. There is nothing wrong with the chair itself - it is a great chair. Like many before me, this chair definitely has terrible packaging. I was expecting this, and before it came I thought how bad could it be? The chair arrived with a few holes in the main box it was installed in and 6 of the 7 screws were missing. I giggled because the Allen key was also missing and found both of the washers that come with the kit in the box! What a mess.
