💧 Avalon 2052-1 Faucet Aerator Water Filter Adapter: Barb Size Convertibility, Polished Chrome Finish Review

I like to filter my aquarium water. I bought this converter to attach to a faucet to attach a water filter. It fits perfectly and works great.

Unlike my old switch that required a manual twist to return to the default setting, this one switches automatically after you use the water filtration. Fits well, looks good, easy to assemble.

This was done to replace a faulty pilot valve that the supplier was unwilling to replace. This is a beautifully crafted product that is easy to turn on and off when the water runs out, much better than the plastic ball valve that came with my water filter.

Same as this product Avalon 2052 1/8-1/4 Water Filter Adapter. Works perfectly. Easy installation. Best of all I had good water flow from the faucet when I switch to the water filter there are no leaks and I don't have to hold on to the faucet like others do.

This is a well designed diverter. Works exactly as it should. The reason I give it 3 stars is because the spigot is measured 1/4 inch from the outside diameter. So it was much smaller than I expected and completely unusable for me. The seller would do well to update their listing details to reflect this fact.

A gentle push on the valve stem switches the water from the faucet to the filter, and turning the water off returns it to tap water. With the old toggle switch we had, we always had to remember to turn it back to the tap water position so our elderly parents wouldn't get confused when they turned on the tap water.

Needed to replace the aerator switch with the Royal Prestige external filter. I called them to get a replacement adapter but to no avail as the retailer I deal with won't give me one. So I looked for a universal one. Found this guy. As soon as I got it I took the old one off, found it was pinched, cut the hose, stuck it onto the aerator fitting, installed it and powered it up.
