I seriously do not know how there are so many five stars for this (unless the manufacturer is writing in). I have read numerous complaints with this manufacturer that the drain hose is cheap and leaks and the overflow leaks. Guess what - both of ours do as well. Cannot return. Cannot get any customer service. They provide you with an email address that is not valid and if you put an inquiry in on their websites, they do nothing. Just got my new soaking tub installed and I totally LOVE it! Water stays hot for a long time! We tore out a 60 year old tub out and put this beauty in, made a very modern usable space! Thank you so much!

The item was broken with it arrived its very light weight not hardy material. Returned on June 25 today is July 11 still waiting on my refund.

Love the looks and how easy it is to move. May not match the aesthetic of certain homes! The bottom is narrow when standing so make sure to measure and compare.

The tub is beautiful, seems solid, the 3 stars is because the drain connector is a piece of clear plastic thst appears to be easy to break. Plumber had to retrofit a metal pipe to connect to drain as there is no way this one would last long. Had they included a durable drain connect, I'd have given 5 stars because it is a beautiful tub.

After researching tubs for a couple of months we purchased this one. It arrived in great condition and is very clean, sleek modern, the color is beautiful polar white. It was very easy to install and made with quality materials.I would highly recommend this tub; it is the quality and appearance of tubs 3 or 4 times the cost

After installing the 67" tub the ceiling started to leak! We had to cut open the ceiling and remove the tub too. The factory drain outlet had a cheap plastic ring that was the causing of the leak. My plumber had to remove the drain plug and install puty to fix the problem. Highly recommend doing that if you want to purchase this tub.

Product was received quickly. I originally ordered a bigger one but because of an issue with the remodelling I had to send that one back and order the smaller version.Received with no issue but haven't installed the tub yet. Once it is installed then I will update my review.

Poor quality Tub cracked after 9 months already whole top section on the end when we sat on the end. Cant believe it I just sat down on the end because of hot water and the whole top end cracked very sad now need to replace the tub.

Good affordable freestanding tub. This was easy to install. The tub is a good size with comfortable side angles for relaxing. I am 5’6’’ and I am able to fully extend my legs in the tub.

When I purchased this there weren’t many reviews. I had limited space, wanted quality but wasn’t as concerned about size because I don’t plan to use it. I bought it mainly because I know for resell I needed to keep a tub. It is small. I’m 5’9” and when I sit my feet can’t lay completely out. But it’s beautiful. I read the was light, and that’s true. But my contractor was able to mount to the ground well.

Keeps leaking below the drain, after using sealant twice. Its the way the overflow drains down past the threads. Poor design, I will have to get a better drain system.
