Awesome Tub on my review.

After researching tubs for a couple of months we purchased this one. It arrived in great condition and is very clean, sleek modern, the color is beautiful polar white. It was very easy to install and made with quality materials.I would highly recommend this tub; it is the quality and appearance of tubs 3 or 4 times the cost

Water Leaks on floor.

Customer Service is not desirable. The Drain is still leaking. We took the tub to a licensed and bonded Tub Repair in Wenatchee, WA. Repaired the overflow, as it was not secure and had holes in it. After many conversations with manufacturer and revain. We live in Moses Lake, WA. Hour and a half away. Picked it up and reinstalled. I would not recommend this purchase to anyone. Quality is sub-par, Customer service has no resolutions. The Drain is still leaking. It has been since July that we've…

Leaky drain plug!: my feedback

After installing the 67" tub the ceiling started to leak! We had to cut open the ceiling and remove the tub too. The factory drain outlet had a cheap plastic ring that was the causing of the leak. My plumber had to remove the drain plug and install puty to fix the problem. Highly recommend doing that if you want to purchase this tub.

Install not complete but lives up to all the good reviews so far!

This review based strictly on look and feel after delivery - will update later after install. It’s true to other reviews - beautiful, seems sturdy and well made and comfortable. For now, it still checks all the boxes!

Would buy again! Excellent customer service.

It very easy to set up delivery. Shipped quick with no issues and got here in the time window we selected. I had this tub installed by a plumber. They had no problem or complaints with the tub. It was very easy to level with the five feet underneath. The tub drain is incredibly quiet and the foot tap drain is great. It comes with a brass straight drain fitting as well as a flexible p-drain tube. We accidentally cracked the flexible drain pipe during install. The customer service department…

Beautiful tub with a beautiful price

Product was received quickly. I originally ordered a bigger one but because of an issue with the remodelling I had to send that one back and order the smaller version.Received with no issue but haven't installed the tub yet. Once it is installed then I will update my review.

Bad product on my review.

I bought this bathtub an in three months it is splitting apart in what looks like in a seam where it was put together so I bought another one the same tub and from the same company because I had to have a box to send it back And Now I’m told I will have to pay restocking fee on the bad one. A bit pricey but worth purchasing.

The house we bought only has showers and i wanted to avoid tearing open walls to modify plumbing. So I found a tub that fits the space and is both light and easy to move. After removing the shower drain cover, you can feed the tub drainage line directly into it without having to do anything major. The adjustable feet on bottom help to balance the tub on the uneven shower floor. My wife complained for years about not having a bathtub and she totally loves this one. I can get my whole body wet at once

I am thrilled with the bathtub. I am 5' 1" tall and I can float in the bathtub. I am having 2 steps built to easily get in and out of the tub but it is not absolutely necessary.

Excellent Packaging

The packaging on this tub is top notch. Very thick cardboard reinforced at the corners. The tub arrived in perfect condition, unlike the first one I ordered from a different company. It is going to fit perfectly in my new bathroom.

Great tub at GREAT price

Very happy camper! Tub delivered in large well-padded cardboard box by two men who carried it al the way into the desired location. They then helped to unbox it to be sure there was no damage and even took away the big box, Could not be happier with both the tub and the price! Thanks!

light weight and comfortable but we had issue with leaking. we were able to fix the leakage by replacing the plastic parts with metals and lots of silicone!
