As advertised, very flexible material that easily conforms to a curved chimney. Easily takes color without a primer (according to the instructions).

These moldings are very flexible at room temperature and conform well enough to most profiles. Well painted (two coats). Attaches with standard 18 gauge nails and glue. Really fits the complex profile I needed to trim. However, it's a bit expensive.

It was perfect for what we needed. We had a curved area near our fireplace that needed finishing. We bought a regular quarter round mound with the appropriate design for the straight sections and for the curved section. We painted everything the same color and everything turned out perfect. Very satisfied with the product and the result.

request for adhesive strength is pointless because there is no glue. I attached it to the outside with gel super glue. The only problem with installation is the residual curl when it unrolls. Put in the sun to heat and then OK. degree of purity? It is not transparent but opaque and not navy blue.
