Great reservation system and seamless integration

I love that my guests can see their upcoming stay before booking it online or in person at our resort, which is so helpful since we have limited space for reservations as well as an extremely high volume of bookings per day/weekend with seasonality (summer vs winter). We also like how easy to use this software really is - no confusing screens when you're first logging into everything from checkin through checkout process because there's only one page where all information needs are met…

Reviewing and managing guest profiles online

The best thing about this software is that it has all of my customer information in one place, so I can easily access them when needed for any queries or changes to their profile details. It also allows me to send out emails with customised messages at times which saves time as well as reducing stress levels because everything's done automatically rather than having to manually enter each email address into an excel spreadsheet etcetera.   • Allows multiple users within business without needlessly overloading admin staffs' schedules too much due lacklustre compatibility across platforms such Microsoft Excel &, Word / PowerPoint documents instead just requiring basic internet browser usage only! :)
