Not crazy. disappointed

I received this very disappointed because I like the idea of sharpening the blade instead of buying a new one. I've also seen them work very well for other people. This blade is nothing like the dws780 miter saw. He'll chew your firewood like a dog and ruin everything I gave him. I did a lot of research and the guys in the comments below state that tooth angle makes the most sense. Unfortunately I didn't get around to using it until after the work was completed after being able to return it, so

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • I don't really like it, it's ok

Incredible upgrade for my miter saw

I don't usually write reviews but they usually don't exceed my expectations too much. I have a decent miter saw that I use a lot for DIY projects. I've always been happy with the performance of the included blade (also 60 tpi), but I wanted something with a finer kerf. I installed this blade and made some test cuts. I was impressed with the ease of cutting and the incredibly smooth finish of the edge. With my previous blade, cutting 1x12 with a 45 bevel was a problem, but this blade cut like it

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Easily repairable

Amazingly strong, will cut even the toughest woods on a Ryobi table saw

I'm replacing stair treads with a 5/4" to 12" solid Ipe (Brazilian walnut). The Ipe-Janke hardness is 15,620 N (3,510 lbf). In comparison, Red Oak is about three times as heavy at 1,220 lbf (5,430 N). Ipe wood is literally stronger than nails. It sinks in the water, weighs a ton but looks beautiful and can withstand the heaviest of foot traffic. And I needed a saw blade for cutting boards to length. I have a working Ryobi table saw with a 1.5hp motor. Even with a fairly handheld saw, this blade

12 " Freud saw blade #LU88R012 doesn't work with DeWalt DW715 saw

This is the first time I've been bad at a Freud saw blade because I love them in general but this LU88R012 blade doesn't t Working on mine DeWalt DW715 miter saw.I removed this blade after making a few cuts because the blade cuts very aggressively through the wood and the cut is rougher than rough. The saw blade is called a "Fine Finish Crosscut Blade" but it does full opposite of this DeWalt DW715 saw. The cut is so horribly bad I can hear it cutting like it's cutting wood. Absolutely horrible.

  • good thing

Excellent blade. Would buy again. ! Check your teeth!

No doubt I will keep buying it. Excellent for straight cuts and clean cuts when ripping. It sticks a bit quickly, the blade has only been used a few weeks and has only cut a few pines but a walnut board and teeth were already showing sap build up on the sides. Although easy to clean. I've tried using it to cut lap joints, but the teeth form a cavity and don't produce a smooth, clean groove. The sides are great, but the bottom is grooved and requires more flattening/flattening work. Bevel…

Blind Review.update: I saw the light!

Okay, that bad boy has been sitting in my citadel for weeks now. Just waiting for the Festool HK85 to arrive here any day from good ol' Italy (he. just found out this blade is also from Italy. well you know? on that grand ol' Demon Of A Saw. Now it might give some problems because the Freud/Diablo blade is not made for this specific 9 inch Festool saw (which for some strange reason is not available in the US market), the HK85 riving knife is more or less specific for Fitted Festool blades or…
