🔒 Frigidaire 5304442173 Dishwasher Door Latch Kit - Authentic and High-Quality Review

Handle latch does not sit flush with the front of my dishwasher! I can't even screw on the bezel if I want to engage the latch. I've only given it 2 runs because the pad really worked.

Our handle is broken, this can be easily fixed by watching a YouTube video. It may have taken 30 minutes including the new print also provided. To be honest it took longer to find the switch! Excellent product and service.

This was my first time ever having to repair a dishwasher latch and it was very easy. It probably took me 15 minutes max. The dishwasher started immediately afterwards. Hope it lasts long. I'll let you know if not!

The dishwasher seal was very easy to fit, only took 5 minutes and fitted very well. The dishwasher latch was closed but in the wrong direction. Used a new handle on an old latch and reused the old latch. Means of attachment, a total of 6 screws for opening the door cover and 2 screws for the latch.

It took about three minutes to replace the latch. Most of the time I unscrewed the access panel and tried to loosen old connections on a broken latch. The new replacement part works great, however the dishwasher doesn't seem to snap into place as tightly as it used to. Just in case, I also installed the new gasket that came with the kit. Gasket installation took about 3 more minutes. I just had to cut off the bottom a bit after making sure it fitted properly. We ran the dishwasher several times

I ordered a Frigidaire cap, it comes in an Electrolux box and fits perfectly in my Whirlpool dishwasher. Happy times. This latch kit is pretty cool as it comes with an extra gasket if you need one. I ended up not installing that extra gasket because the gasket was already in the dishwasher, but it's nice to have in case I need it in the future. Installing this latch is quite simple.
