Description of Gates 23178 Coolant Hose

Specifically-engineered materials resist collapse under vacuum. Engineered to resist electrochemical degradation, the leading cause of hose failure. Pre-shaped to fit and to ensure perfectly sealed conditions. EPDM tube; synthetic fiber knit reinforcement; heat-, ozone- and chemical coolant-resistant EPDM cover. Meets requirements of SAE 20R4, class D2 and DIN 73411, class A (except for tolerances).

No "hose " here

Had to cut a small piece of tubing for a perfect fit. Works very well and as it was the top hose from a 2011 Camry it was very easy to install.
