Love this product for the first few weeks but after a few weeks of use the battery doesn't work, I charged it, it works once, after that it needs to be charged again, it's a one time thing.

This is a handy pump. I love that I can put a water bottle on the counter and just push a button and I get water. It's so easy to install on the water jug. You simply dip the hose into the water and screw on the pump. I like that I can charge the pump without having to buy batteries. It holds a charge for a long time and I use it a lot. It's not a noisy pump and easy to clean between bottle changes.

We use this at work where water is supplied in 5 gallon jugs and as we don't have a tower yet it came in very handy! The pump was quite powerful and pumps water very quickly. It stops internally so you don't overflow, but can also be stopped manually by pressing the power button. The battery life was great and it charges via the USB-C port. Handy little pump for pumping water 😄

Whoever came up with this was extremely clever. I had to put away my water cooler because I don't have room for a cooler and pitcher. That way I can put the pitcher on the counter in the corner and still get water but not waste floor space. I miss how a water tower dispenser can make water cold, but that's what ice cubes are for. It's a bit noisy and I don't know how long the charge will last because mine came charged and I haven't had to charge it since. And I've been using it for a few days…
