Very useful tool when keeping track of many things

The best thing about this software is the ability to create an account for multiple users. It's also very easy to share accounts with other people. I dislike that you can't easily access or import data from another program while using this one. You must leave it open and log back into it later. If they made it so you could easily move between programs while working, then I would definitely look at it again. Not bad, but no better than other programs

I like the features. I like the ability to search for a particular word or phrase and then display the entire document or file where that word or phrase was found. Sometimes the search feature is not as robust as it could be. It can sometimes miss some words. The program is a bit expensive. It's not really worth it unless you are doing a lot of searches. I'm solving the problem of having to go through multiple files to find a particular document that I need. It's a great way to keep all my…

Very satisfied user in need of cross platform backup solution

The best thing about this software are its features which can be used to manage any kind of data from simple text files all way up through large databases or even cloud storage services like Dropbox etc., It's also very easy for new users as it has an intuitive interface that will help them navigate without too many issues at first glance. I dislike almost everything else though - there seems no other option than paying more money if you want some extra functions but they're not worth much…
