📀 50pcs Gigablock DVD+R 8x Dual Double Layer 8.5GB/240min - White Inkjet Hub Printable Review

I had no problems writing to these discs, but the print quality was far below my expectations. Labels do not accept ink properly, resulting in faded print. I haven't had this problem with other products. But in terms of recording quality, the Gigablock DVD+R 8x Dual Layer does very well.

I have bought this brand at least 4 times and I find them to be of excellent quality. Of the 200 or more I've bought I can honestly say only 4 or 5 have let me down. My only complaint is that there is no spindle, but I saved a few from other purchases. I always think I'll try another brand, but when you find a great product, why keep looking?

I bought 5 of these (250) DVDs. They worked pretty well and the only issues I had were because of me. They do NOT come on a spindle, but if like me you've been buying DVDs and CDs for years, you will have spindles. The only problem I have is that they tend to stick together and you have to make sure you separate them. This is easily done by simply tilting them once you have them on the spindle.

"You get what you pay for?" NO! You don't even understand. They're not worth the plastic they're made of. I have 3 different brands and models of DVD recorders on 2 different computers. Neither of them would even acknowledge that the disc was in the drive. Got them back and went to Macrocenter and bought their fake DL disc. I had to send them back too. FINALLY bought a Verbatim DL Disc and no problem! DO NOT waste your time or money by buying fake/cheap/useless DL disc!

2 of the first 5 I tried were cup holders. Burning worked fine on the second try with the next few I tried, leading me to believe this is an issue with the DVD and not my hardware or software. I have used Verbatim DVDs without a stand for many years. They're so much cheaper that I won't be too disappointed when the rest of the batch runs with a small batch of coasters. I will update this review if anything significant changes, but so far the success rate has been low. I should also mention that

A year ago I wouldn't have tried using these discs to burn on my old HP DVD burner. This burner was so finicky that it could only write to Verbatim DL media with reasonable reliability. After installing a new LG Black Super-Multi BD burner, I decided to give it a try as the price was less than half that of Verbatim DL discs. My initial rating of these discs was not very good.
