Laurel & Mayfair Gingham Cotton Sheet Set – King Size, Vibrant Red Review

Bought these for plaid although reviews say they are not very soft sheets. It was true, but they still weren't rude. Just not what you would expect from 100% cotton bedding. Maybe it was the size. After washing I pulled them out of the dryer and saw the stitching coming apart in several places around the elastic. Luckily, thanks to Revain's return policy, sending them back with full credit was no problem. A $50 sheet set should be better.

I love these sheets so much! The last two sets I bought were microfiber and I hate hate hate them! I wanted the cotton back and they are wonderful. They fit snugly on the mattress and the top sheet is a nice size but not too big. For some reason the bed didn't tangle! This is so easy in the morning because these sheets stay in place. Update. After a few washes the sheets are quite soft. They still wrinkle a lot, so take them out of the dryer right away. Although I iron the pillowcases. Bought these for our guest room. I washed it with a dye catcher to keep it from bleeding. They are pretty stiff even if you use enough fabric softener. There were also a lot of wrinkles when they were taken straight out of the dryer. While they're cute, don't expect them to be too comfortable so there's no problem if guests stay too long. It…
