Save yourself time, money and a lot of pain and stay away from these clamps. Coolant constantly leaks out and gets into silicone.

Good price, but only the screw body is "coated" with stainless steel. There's a 304 stamp, but I know better. The rest is just chrome steel.

The head size of all clamps is 6mm. Not ideal if you have a four wheeler, some type of remote repair, or don't have 1/4 metric drive tools. I strongly recommend that you purchase a set of more commonly sized clamps of various standard sizes or at least 10mm in metric.

I'm tired of Revane selling these cheap goods. The picture shows a strong rear buckle but only the largest 2 or 3 have it. Any small ones will break if you try to tighten them with a screwdriver. After that, it loses all of its tensile strength. A repair is not possible because the steel is too soft.

Good range of clamps at a good price. Some are narrower than OEM clamps but they seem to work fine. I had no issues with the screw not engaging the clamp band well as other reviewers have mentioned, they tighten well and securely. Having worked as a mechanic for many years, I always put a drop of oil on the threads of the bolt where it engages the yoke so that the friction doesn't create a false tightening sensation when the yoke is fastened. on the hose.

I have ordered 2 different sets. This and "Penck Worm Gear Hose Clamp Set of 63" stainless steel with an adjustment range of 8-51mm. Both sets appear to have been made at the same factory. I'm just tired of hearing how durable a product like this is, only to have each of the sizes I need the most fail, and with a damn screwdriver no less. Don't even think about using a range of sockets on it. And that's just to tighten the rubber hose around the air intake. I am a 56 year old woman. Well versed in mechanics but I'm just trying to give you an idea of how lame they are. I'm not the gorilla type to give these things a massive amount of torque. It just doesn't seem possible to buy…

Edit 8/11: Also tried the clamps from the box store. Their bolts performed better, but the clips themselves actually broke (deformed "grooves") with comparable, if not less, torque. However, using a socket wrench instead of a box wrench made a *big* difference with these clamps. If you try to over-tighten I highly recommend using a socket wrench (at least 7mm metric for large clamps, not 6mm as another review states).
