Great Customer Service at Every Level

The level of service we receive from GRC when dealing with their reps has always been exceptional! All our calls are answered within minutes (even during non-business hours), and no call goes unanswered or unresolved for more than 24hrs - this includes all outbound campaigns as well which makes us feel confident in placing our business with them. They have an excellent CRM system that allows you to manage multiple accounts across different brands/products etc. It's very easy to navigate through

  • Very fast responder times compared other agencies who take up too long responding at least once each weekday morning

Most reliable call centre solution ever!!!

The best thing about this software for me personally was that it allowed my staff members in different time zones access through their computers or mobile devices at anytime of day from anywhere around world! I found myself having issues using some features but after contacting support team i had resolved all problems within few days only!! Highly recommended product if you are looking forward towards such kind service provider which can help out its users 24/7 throughout year round even during
