I had no problems installing this product. Disconnect the hot and cold water lines first, then remove the weight from the hose under the sink. Then disconnect the longer hose from the short water hose by pressing the quick release tabs and pulling them apart. Then pull the hose out of the end of the sink. Remove the faucet head. The error occurs at the connection point of the hose to the handle, like last time, but possibly at a different point on the hose. The tray under my sink collected all the water so no damage. Based on the seller's response to this part number, I ordered this kit. In this set you get two pieces.
