I use it daily to filter fresh goat milk. Works perfectly. Hand wash is best. He collects garbage in the dishwasher. I used this to filter out some particles from a batch of mead to which I added some tea and other minor flavors. The sieve on the funnel is well filtered and easily removes large pieces. The rest of the particles should settle out and it should be a good batch. The funnel is good and strong, does not bend or buckle.
