I have just started using this product. So far, I have cooked the broccoli too much using the vegetable icon, but I will learn as I go. Taste is good. Easy to clean and that is a biggie.

My air fryer stopped working last week. It is still under warranty. I cannot find a number to call and when I have sent several messages to let them know and have never heard from them. The air fryer is amazing, but trying to get to customer service is impossible.

Getting to know it - so far so good! Makes great French Fries - either fresh or frozen. We sprayed them with just a little Olive Oil spray from a can. Came out great! Also made really succulent pork chops.

I bought this fryer about three weeks ago and I been learning every day how to cook different things, you just have to be patient about it, you make some mistakes at first and them you start to get use to it, depending on how much heat and time to use overall its been a great learning experience, and this fryer makes it fun, because it is a great fryer. It’s quite a lot bigger than I expected - which means ability to fit more food in the fryer. Compared to a traditional oil deep fryer, this air fryer just feels healthier. It’s nice to know your food isn’t being totally drenched in oil before eating. I have tried cooking wings and shrimp. So far everything tastes great. Cleaning this isn’t the easiest though. Still happy overall with this purchase.

This is my second air fryer, I really love the convenience and taste of food. I used to have a smaller one, used for 2 years although not the same brand. After I get used to the way the air fryer cooks, I use it daily. There are a bunch of presets that work great for things like chicken, beef, and fish. It feels very well built and the LED control panel helps with all the cooking choices (it even has a preheat option which I don't see on other air fryers). It's even great warming up leftovers…

Great value for the amount of watts. I'll post an update after I use it.*Update So after a 6mths, the rack with the holes the nonstick came off. And a year and 6 months the pan is losing the nonstick. Very disappointed ☹️

This is my first air fryer and I though it will be difficult to use but, mimoday air fryer it's simple and easy to use, the led panel make it easy, and the size it's perfect to cook big meal and the appearance of the air fryer its fabulous

I have only used the product twice, the air fryer concept is new to me, it has functioned as expected. The reason i gave it 4 stars is due to the drawer not lining up since the first time i opened it there is now a permanent minor gap when the draweris closed. This cannot be good for the fryer as it could lose heat during use and makes the unit faulty.

Have only used a few times but so far so good. A little confused on some of the owners manual wording like where it talks about the basket detached but I can’t find a way that it does. Looks good though and is very quiet.

If as good as reviews say will be great. Operating manual not the best and a recipe book would have been a good addition. Question is why do they have do review to register warranty before you have used it!

This Fryer gets too hot on the bottom to the point that it cracked our Counter Top. Nowhere in the user manual it warned about the potential of this happening. I contacted the company, first they told me that it had a warming on the Owners Manual, when I asked them to show me they could not. After that they told me that it was a counter issue and not the Fryer. Horrible Customer Service.

This product worked really well initially. Ina short 7 months however it started to rust. Both the main vessel and a little metal insert. Will have to discard the whole thing now, who knows wht kind of materials they used. I did not use any harsh cleaning materials btwP. S.The product was promptly replaced and working great

It is so easy to use and clean, it's super quiet and very fast cooking. My whole family can't quit using it, I wished I would have got one sooner. I have already replaced 2 appliances on my counter tops because of this cooker and it has given me so much more room.
