Help Sumo - Simple Knowledge Base Solution

I like the ability to use Help Sumo to create a knowledge base for our customers. It is easy to use and allows us to create articles that are searchable by our customers. I dislike that I cannot create articles that are searchable by our customers. I would like to be able to search the knowledge base for articles that are not created by our team. I would also like to be able to create articles that are searchable by our customers. I use Help Sumo to create articles for our customers. It is easy

  • Easy way, using this service helps provide more accurate results in searches than other methods such as google..helped my clients understand why they should invest money with SEO services instead spending thousands per month doing so themselves!

Great tool for tracking and communicating software related error info

I love how easy it makes reporting issues with our products/services! It has made my job as an IT support engineer so much better than having users report their problems through email or phone calls only - this way we can get them resolved faster while also keeping track of what they've done themselves vs when help was needed from us (or not). There are some things that could be improved such as being able to see all open cases at once instead just seeing ones you're working currently but other

  • The ability for both client user who is submitting bug reports, customer service agents receiving said requests in real time allowing me immediate attention which i need most times during busy work day hours..its very helpful knowing its quick response by techs like myself too because if something were ever urgent enough im sure many others would take advantage over someone else
