Best support ticketing tool for any organization

The best thing about this software it's that you can customize your own dashboard, so if I need something specific not available in their interface then i'm able add my customizations using javascript or css which makes customization very easy! Also there are different themes avaiable out of box like dark/light etc.. Not much dislike here except maybe when some features aren't working properly but after contacting with them they will fix those issues within few days time at most!! It was really

  • Reporting functionality is great
  • Dashboard look amazing.
  • (If someone knows any basic markup language)It looks good without even knowing how exactly things work behind scenes!!!I feel happy once again seeing new icons every month

Great support for customer service: Helpdesk Office

It's easy to use, it has all the features you need to make your work easier. I can't think of anything that I dislike about this software. The only thing I do not like is that sometimes when I am logged into my account, it takes me some time to get back in order to finish a ticket or comment. This happens maybe once every few months but it does not take long to resolve. Make sure you have a good computer with plenty of RAM. This will help speed up the process.
