Assembled as instructed, tuned the crankset accordingly, then had instantproblems with gears shifting and the chain falling off from the start. The bike chain broke on first day of riding, in less than 3 MI.

Not pleased bike came with scuff on frame tires don’t hold air and front tire is bent enough to notice when riding. That's my feedback!

Chain is twisted, multiple links twisted and one not connected on one side, unusable as is after receiving.Update, chain even though zudeways seemed to work but after not even once around the block one of the pre-assembled parts came off, would give it minus stars if possible

I purchased two bikes and both arrived with front tires flat. We brought them to the gas station to fill with air but only one would hold air, the other one wouldn’t keep it. Eventually found out by a bike shop that both wheels came disfigured and won’t be able to hold air even after several tube replacements.

Very good looking and good quality bicycle. Except for the seat, if you buy this bike you definitely want to buy a more comfortable seat for it but other than that it was delivered in good condition. It was easy to assemble. And it is a great bike. I love it!

This is a very pretty bike and I was SO excited for it to come, it came with a busted front brake and with literally zero information on how to troubleshoot these things. After following troubleshooting videos online to adjust the brakes, I realized it’s just not working from the get-go. The arm is constantly stuck against the rim and does not bounce back away from the wheel at all even with the brake cable completely disconnected from it. Easy to put together. Color and stable. Perfect for a teenager. Did have to readjust a lot of parts but for the price I can’t complain.

Fairly easy to assemble. Bought 2 of these for my daughter's kinda big but they have room to grow. They can ride it easily on the grass an dirt

One of the brake lines did not work. My husband knows how to work on bikes and could not fix it. Extremely uncomfortable as well.

Ended up waiting to put it together due to busy work schedule and a wedding- which was well past the return window, only to find that the tires are slightly bent? She can ride it but for this kind of money- buyer beware! shop elsewhere. We're stuck with ours but hoping we can save someone else some grief.

The threads on the pedal shaft won’t accept the pedals. The machining was off & didn’t start the threads correctly. Thanks for attention!

Gear changes are not precise enough to be top-end. Seat not made for riding long distance. Aside from these 2 issues, it's a great bike for the price. I'm happy with it and ride it often.

This product is a literal hazard to anyone who attempts to ride this. The front wheel is warped, the front tire bolt doesnt attach properly, the brakes lock up, the left pedal doesnt assemble in correctly, and despite adjusting it the chain won't switch gears properly. Hoping to get a refund for the product despite having to try and ride it very briefly to discover all the issues.
