The item description says 2 toner cartridges, just like in the box. I only received one. Back immediately. Back to the stationery store to get what I need.

I expected to receive a package of 2 cartridges, but I received only one, and the second fell out of the box. this is unacceptable

This item is mislabeled and only one toner arrived. The HP packaging lists 2 cartridges on the front and 1 cartridge on the back. Apparently it's not possible to adjust the billing with Revain, so we returned the single we ordered with no savings.

I used to order this product without any problems but on my last order I only received 1 of 2 packs. Someone separated two boxes that are usually packed together. I sent it back for a replacement and the replacement was also only 1 box of 2. I doubt I would order this again.

I received this order with only one cartridge, even though the packaging clearly states that it contains two toner cartridges. The box it comes in appears to be identical to the image on the website however only one cartridge fits in the box and only one was received. That's a big mistake - the price is for two high-capacity cartridges, but you'll be very disappointed. Let's hope they fix this issue or take the product out of stock.

I have been buying HP cartridges for many years. I received 2 cartridges but both were of very poor quality. Print quality on the same page was uneven, leaving streaks and spots on both plain and plain paper. I will never buy this double pack again. I doubt it was a genuine quality-assured HP toner cartridge. It didn't have the usual HP banner - it was just white with 26X written in black, and the box said it was a Japanese product imported from Mexico. Terrible

UPDATE: This is the biggest BS I have ever seen. First time I have to update a review and can't believe it's the worst. I'm tired of seeing a negative comment about only getting 1 out of 2. I gave my original review because I thought it was correct. Guess the next batch I only have ONE! This was my 7th time buying it and it wasn't the worst. Great Product but BEWARE! ---- The picture on the website makes it look like it's two cartridges in one box (maybe it used to be) but in fact HP now seals two boxes of one cartridge together. But each box still says "2" cartridges so they can be read through the shrink wrap. ---- The picker sees your order for quantity "1" in two packs, but sees "2" on the box, tears open the shrink wrap and mails you one. This has happened to me twice, with a total of six orders. What a hassle with sending it…
