This is a solid hub with the rare ability to integrate an M.2 SSD slot. I've tried two SSDs with no problems, but it tends to get very hot when M.2 writes and reads large files. It runs at 5 Gbps, so you don't get full drive speed. The drive I used was a WD 2TB M.2 Sata which normally has 500s read/write speeds but with a hub I get about 320s read/write speeds.
