We have an old Primo water machine that is over 5 years old. The old pump barely pumped water, but this new pump was a quick fix and saved over $100. Here's to another 5 years! Had to replace the old water cooler pump connector with this new pump. It appears to be of higher quality than the original Primo pump. Quiet and absorbs water very quickly. I might buy another one to save money when this one goes off the market.

Ordered for review as the Primo Bottom Fed Water Cooler stopped drawing water after only 2 years of use. I called them for help and got VERY LITTLE help. They ended up asking $170 for another new water cooler. Decided to change the pump and see if that would work. It took a little longer than I was hoping, but only about 1 hour. I was pleasantly surprised that the issue was completely resolved. I hope this one will last longer than the factory one. So far, so good.

Purchased to replace an already dead pump on my bottom fed Primo cooler. Replacing the pump is quite cumbersome, you have to disassemble the entire case to connect the power cord. Finally assembled the cooler, the pump runs for 3 seconds and then shuts off. The red light on the cooler starts flashing. I checked the hoses and fittings, nothing sucks. Ordered a replacement which was pretty painless via Revain but the second came with a broken nozzle. Hear Hope charmed for the 3rd time!

If your Primo water dispenser has stopped working, it's the pump motor. Usually the pump will give you several indications that the engine is running, e.g. B. if it turns on and off again. This pump fits perfectly. The wires were a little shorter than the original but still fit snugly without major adjustments (I adjusted the path to the PCB from the original path rather than straining or pulling the wires).
