🧹 Automated Vacuum Switch - I Socket Workshop Review

I've been using it actively for about a month. Has worked well until today. No longer works, tools are not powered. I need to look at it to determine the problem. Unplugged the tools and plugged them into my power strip and both worked fine.

I am happy with this purchase. I am planning to buy another one for my miter saw. I got the first saw on the table and a shop vacuum cleaner. The start of the saw will be delayed until the vacuum turns on, and after the saw turns off the vacuum will continue to operate for a few seconds. Good product

I was having trouble turning on my industrial vacuum and sawdust collector. It seemed like a headache to keep both on constantly to keep my garage from filling up with dust. With this little beauty I can operate the saw and both the shop vacuum and the dust collector are starting to love its magic. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

worked 3 days and quit. I have previously ordered a single outlet switch which took about 6 months before I was screwed. I thought this dual socket would be different, but it turned out to be worse. I'm currently looking for another automatic switch that I can reliably rely on to turn on my dust extraction when I turn on the tool. You could at least put in a relay to reset it.

I used to hate turning on my shop vacuum and then running the miter saw to cut the board and then reaching up and turning the shop vacuum off for each cut. I plugged it in, connected the miter saw to the main (top) outlet and the shop vacuum to one of the bottom outlets, and now when I pull the miter saw trigger the shop vacuum turns on automatically. Then, after cutting, the vacuum fins are turned off for about 5 seconds thereafter. I love it.

This product saves me valuable time and effort when working with wood. I no longer have to crouch or use a stick to press the power button on my vacuum when using power tools. The three-position rocker switch is also handy - I don't have to reconfigure the outlet so I only use the vacuum when I need it. Just press the switch and the vacuum cleaner will start working by itself. The box size is great too. It's about the size of four outlets. All in all a great purchase, no issues, would buy again

This was an amazing purchase for me. The table saw and robotic dust collector work well independently, but apparently I had to turn them on manually. Of course, this isn't a difficult task, but I've often connected the dust tube to the saw only to turn the saw on later, and forgot to turn on the vacuum first. Or, if I got it right, I mostly just left the vacuum cleaner on while I prepared for the next cut, adjustment, encryption, etc. Extra noise and energy. This simple device has really helped

In addition to the auto function that works great, the auto/on/off switch was a game changer for me. I can't believe I've worked wood for 4 years without this.
