This is a nice little food storage box (it holds a little over 2 quarts), designed to keep food fresh. The box is sturdy and light. The lid makes no sound as you close it - there is no satisfying pop or clicking sound, but the rubberized band around the lid ensures it closes tightly. It's stack-able, which I like a lot. I can't stack a lot in the fridge but if I use this in the cupboard I can easily put one on top of another and make better use of my pantry space (always at a premium).Right now

Good for keeping mini packaged snacks but definitely not good for anything negatively affected by air/moisture. Calling these containers air tight is ridiculous.

This is a great, sturdy, air-tight box. It will be my storage box for opened crackers in a humid climate. It needs to be hand-washed, but for this usage, I don't foresee needing to wash it often. It's good in the pantry, fridge, or freezer. I'm working on moving away from plastic items, but will make an exception for a well made product like this one.

I'm a baker, and I have a wonderful pantry for all of my baking products - nuts, flours, sugars, coconut, chocolate chips, dried fruit, etc. I have a bunch of these. These items are transparent on all sides, so I can easily see the contents and how much I have from above or the sides. The seals are tight, yet they are simple to open and close. Fits a whole bag of BJ’s laundry pods. Cat gets confused when he hears laundry pod bag rattle and thinks he is getting treats. This nifty little canister saved the day and the curious cat. Purchased the smaller canister for dryer sheets. It was the perfect size.

I needed a container that was somewhat sealed for storing baking soda for easy access doing laundry. This has fit the need quite well. I have a particular space it needs to fit in and be convenient to reach and use and this container worked great.

I really like this little box. A small box of food can be stored in the pantry using this box as it seals tight and it also easy to open when you need it. It has a flat top and bottom so you can easily store things under it and on top of it.

Nut assortments, fruits/veggies, instant salad bar, marinating meat. pretty much anything and I am never searching for a lid. I bought 2 of these containers to store dog food. They look attractive but they are not functional. Closing the lid is a 2 handed operation, as you have to push each corner down simultaneously with a lot of force. Even then, they don't remain closed. Whoever designed these should be demoted. The lids look warped, which may contribute to them being almost impossible to close correctly. It doesn't seem like the lids are removable either. If so, I'd keep the container part just for storage.
