Excellent product with excellent support - couldn't be happier!

I like how easy it is to use with very little training needed for new hires once you understand things are set up correctly. We have used this product from other companies before but there were many issues when trying to implement them into our system so we never fully got full functionality out of those products. It's been great using In Concert since day one! They're always working hard at adding more features each month which helps keep us current since we don't want any problems if they…

  • Ease of Use.
  • Easy interface, no learning curve required compared most ERP platforms that require extensive time spent configuring/training employees about their platform prior implementation.and then still requires ongoing maintenance by internal IT staffs post installation; not necessary here due its simplicity & ease..with minimal configuration requirements pre install only requiring basic user logon credentials.)
