Fun Initially then Kittens Got Bored

Fun toy but my kittens can grab the feather when it pops out and drag the toy across the floor. It does shut off after some minutes when idle which is good and saves the batteries. It is light weight so it does move some especially when being played with. Fun for awhile but kittens got bored with it quickly.

Pros
  • Perfect for cats who love to hunt and play.
Cons
  • Artificial mouse tail does not have natural movements of a mouse

My Cats love it!: my feedback

As soon as I took it out of the box, put in the batteries and turned it on my cats became interested. There are many holes for the cats to stick their paws in to try to get the ball and "tail" that pops in and out. They even seek it out when it's not turned on. This is product is sturdy plastic and well made. It even comes with the batteries and a screw driver to open the battery compartment. On behalf of my kitties, I would highly recommend this toy.

Pros
  • Battery-powered for convenient use anywhere.
Cons
  • Some cats may lose interest quickly or not show interest at all

For kittens not adults

I thought my cats would like the feather and want to chase it, but they just looked at it and walked away. The item was much smaller than expected and the feather mechanism gets jammed up by the ball. The speed of the feather is too fast for them to catch and they have to lay with the side of their face on thee floor to see what it is. It is probably better for kittens than for adult cats. I would not recommend this item.

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting for extended play sessions.
Cons
  • Can be distracting during meal times and cause cats to lose their appetite

Not a durable toy good for me

The toy is not very good quality. Sometimes I have to tap bottom or adjust batteries for it to work. Too fragile.not durable at all.

Pros
  • Provides mental stimulation to prevent boredom.
Cons
  • May require assembly and setup before use

Entertaining in my review

This toy keeps our cats engaged longer than any other non human interaction toy that I have purchased. I purchased the similar cat toy with a feather that did the same action which they also enjoyed but it lasted only a couple hours. I'm glad I paid a little extra for this action toy as they seem to like it better and it's lasted longer. I have replaced the batteries it came with already but other than that it seems fine.

Pros
  • Can be used as a distraction during grooming or nail trimming.
Cons
  • May come with a short warranty that may not cover all potential issues

Quietest and best cat toy ever!

Our cats LOVE this toy! It's the one toy they are happy playing with together and take turns trying to put their paws on the holes to grab the "bird." And, it is whisper quiet, unlike other "chase" battery-operated toys. Like other reviewers, I couldn't find the "on" button until I looked it up under reviewer comments, but once you see the "dimple" on the side, it is easy to identify. I find that the power lasts for a really long time (no auto shut-off), and I've found the feathers sturdy. One…

Pros
  • Suitable for all indoor spaces.
Cons
  • Can create a mess and clutter in the home

So far pretty good best in my review

So far the cat is entertained. The action seems pretty random, which is good because my cat gets bored easily. Its very quiet which was an absolute requirement for me but its fairly flimsy plastic. If it last 6 sux months i will be happy. Also, it came with batteries and the little screw driver to unbolt the battery cover. You really only need to do thia the first time, you can toss the screw the battery cover has a plastic latch

Pros
  • UPGRADED CAT STIMULATION TOYS
Cons
  • Difficult to control length and frequency of playtime

Cats love it: my feedback

I have 5 cats. One cat got so excited that he got his paw in too far and stuck and freaked him out some but he still likes it. The other 4 like it as well

Pros
  • Comes with a satisfaction guarantee.
Cons
  • Can be confusing for elderly or visually impaired cats

I actually got this for my dog

There aren’t a lot (in my opinion) of fun interactive dog toys. Cats get all of the fun toys. My dog has played with a cat toy similar to this, except for the arm stretches out of the hole far enough for him to grab and rip off. On this one the arm doesn’t extend too far out so he can’t get it as easily and that’s a major plus. Also the ball serves as another distraction. He absolutely loves this toy. He’s obsessed and would play with it for hours if I allowed it. I have to hide it. I’ll…

Pros
  • Toys
Cons
  • Battery-powered and not environmentally friendly

Sadly, My Cat Doesn't Like The Toy.

Overall, the product is just as described. It's made with a hard plastic shell and included brand-new (off-brand) batteries, a phillips head screwdriver, a catnip ball, and a fuzzy "tail" that turns wildly within the unit.Everything went well.at first. I turned on the toy and my curious cat happily played with the tail—poking her paw into the holes in an attempt to catch the fluffy appendage. When her claw got stuck on the tail and she couldn't quickly release herself from it, she dragged it…

Pros
  • Excellent for shy or fearful cats to build confidence.
Cons
  • May not be engaging enough to deter destructive behavior in cats

Great Purchase ! good for me

I wasn’t even able to set it up completely without my cat wanting to play with it. The batteries weren’t even in yet and she was ready to take it to her play spot 😂 she loves it even more now that it’s on. and i can’t see how i’ll be able to get her away from it. Very sturdy and good material

Pros
  • May help reduce destructive behaviors.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for multi-cat households

Entertaining toy, auto shut off.

Both my cats like this! They quickly figured out to use their paws in the top holes to get at the catnip ball inside as well as chasing the tail as it peeks through the side holes .The white "tail" spins very quickly and there is only one speed. It is a bit lightweight and they scoot it about the floor a bit. It shuts off automatically to preserve battery life. This unit came with batteries and the battery compartment is secured both with a clip and that irritating little screw to double secure…

Pros
  • Helps satisfy natural hunting instincts.
Cons
  • Requires constant monitoring to ensure safe play

Moves too fast and too much to mimic hunting

So, let's be clear on what this thing is:Inside the blue box you see in the pictures, there is basically a fuzzy arm that spins around in circles. In addition to that arm, there is a little yellow ball that has little bells and catnip in it that you drop into the blue box, and as the arm spins around in circles, it bats the ball around. It does change directions and occasionally stops for a second when it does.It moves too fast to be intriguing to my cat. Maybe it's just my cat, but she likes…

Pros
  • Promotes bonding between cats and their owners.
Cons
  • May be too small and easily lost or misplaced
