A must if seeking automatisation plus easy tracking

It has made our sales team more able with regards to managing prospects, creating great pre-sale conversations that actually move potential customers towards taking action in order for them to convert through their online forms. The support from Salesforce is usually not what you need when there needs to really be an issue but rather having a friendly chat via phone or a video call would help solve issues quicker than contacting technical support who may just say 'it's working'.
