I bought this scanner for my father because he had old slides that he wanted to put on his computer. Once we got the hang of it, this thing was surprisingly easy to use. The software automatically adjusts the brightness of each photo, and there's also a manual adjustment if the image isn't correct. Overall it did its job really well. You won't find a better scanner for the price. We haven't tried film scanning yet. But there is a separate compartment for this.

I bought the product used, the software was missing in the box. I searched the internet for software to download. I found it, it only works for Windows 7. I have Windows 10. Very disappointing. I contacted Innovative Technologies at 1-877-483-2497 on the information booklet that came with the device. I have been informed that this device is no longer manufactured and the software for the product is no longer available.

I couldn't get it to work with Windows 10. I tried Windows 8 and still couldn't get it to work. I also went online to get updates or get help on a discontinued product. I would not recommend it. Otherwise quick service, prompt. I'm sorry, it didn't work.
