Terrible experience

This Roomba is nothing like the first generator. Tech looks good, but doesn't work properly. At 4am the noise starts as if the works are being completed. Then do not operate or clean the device using the manual or the applications. The noise lasted for an hour. Also damage the edge of the brush so early. IRobot describes an edge brush that needs to be replaced after 3 months, which is not the case. Work with just two clean brushes and one. All in all, this car is a waste of money. It's a lot…

3rd rumba in our family and by far the best!

My family had Roomba 880980 and now S9. The S9 takes it to a huge level. The 980 was great but broken, won't charge and keeps saying it's dirty. It happened just in time for the new release! Pros: New design handles corners better Better battery life than Roomba 980 Sometimes 2 hours 3 empty if you have a home base Easy to clean Low maintenance Great display. Sometimes it can get stuck. I can't find my home base every time. Parts can be expensive. If it helps, please click "thumbs up"! :)

SOFTWARE ERROR - DO NOT BUY

The robot is Roomba's most expensive robot and has the most bugs.1. Software updates on day one. This is a sign that they started production before all software bugs were fixed. Freezes more often than our 4 year old 980 series. It freezes almost every time it works. The last time he was wedged between the toilet and the wall. This has never happened with our 980.3 series. Simply brilliant.: vacuum cleaner

It's time to upgrade my Roomba 960 and Neato and the S9+ has been an amazing upgrade. If you're familiar with the Neato D7, this Roomba combines Neato's D-shape with all of Roomba's premium cleaning features. iRobot needs to clear its dirt first. Revane saves the day again.

Purchased on July 29, 2019. Three weeks ago it started to stop spontaneously and eventually became unusable. However, they didn't send me a new block, they sent me a refurbished one with no battery or other accessories and I have to remove the brush and battery from the old defective block. Take them as I got it from Revain they said they can't give me a finished device and I should speak to Revain to have it replaced instead. Beware of buying this robot vacuum cleaner

This is the THIRD s9 I've bought in the last 3 weeks, they were all kind of bugged. The first was a present I gave to someone who was just spinning out of the box. Wouldn't do anything else. When I contacted support they said it was defective and offered to replace it but I returned it after the rep said I would get a replacement from them in about 2 weeks. Buy a new product to give to someone who doesn't have it out of the box and expect a replacement in 2 weeks. I do not think so. The second…

I read all the negative reviews about this Zoomba S9+. I decided to try this robot as it would fill a need. I'm definitely glad I did it. I'm an electrical engineer, so I'll give you a shovel. You should know that I almost never give 5 star ratings, but this robot can't be better in every category. First, this robot can't do what you can't.
