Very good customer service and response times

I liked that they were very efficient in their work, always responding quickly when contacted by email or phone call; also it was nice being able for them (and other vendors) access our data without having us sign NDAs - which is usually what we do at all companies! The only thing i disliked about this vendor/company are some delays from time-to.-time but not much as well since most issues can be resolved right away if needed. We used VB2O4 software where there's an option available via API…

  • Nothing really would've preferred to have more frequent email contact from the vendor when there have been product updates or minor issues

Best implementation partner - great services and excellent technology

The best thing about it is that you get more in-depth support as opposed to the usual sales pitch approach which tends to be general rather than in depth or personalised advice. It also comes at better pricing compare to competitors so I am happy overall with this product. Do not forget to choose the right version, you might end up paying for other features that are out there but not used by your organisation. We managed to reduce the TCO (total cost operation).
