I really wish I would like it but I thought it might not work for my machine because the tablet screen I have moves the stick further back but I do even tried using it on my mum's camry and my dad's sequoia, it doesn't fit like it should. The seller was understanding and responded to me very quickly, so that's good. Hope this works for someone else.

Made of plastic. The rod that goes in the middle is plastic. I'm careful with it and I'm the only one who has used it. What could cause it to break at the very top I don't understand. I've tried gluing it back but I don't think it will hold up in the hotter months. This product is really crappy and cheap. I wish I could get my money back.

Not used yet. So I can't judge the temperature difference inside the car when it's in the sun. However, there is a good coating on the windshield. So I would say that after sitting there will be a change in temperature. This means when the cars are left in the hot sun it will be cooler inside with the coverage this screen allows. What I don't like is the inconvenience of the setup. You have to play with him to get him in the right position. It's not just a click.

This thing was very cheap, easy to open and folds down to a VERY compact size that fits in my door card pocket and goes very well with my windshield with minimal clearance. The surface isn't exactly flat when open, but rather concave, which I think might be an intentional design to compensate for the rearview mirror getting in the way. I bought this to use with my 2016 Ford Explorer. I love the idea that it's an umbrella that folds up like one of those little umbrellas that doesn't take up much space but isn't really big enough to cover the entire inside of the windshield. It keeps the sun out on a hot day, which is important in South Florida.
