I ordered this to have in my spouse's vehicle---as a backup to jumper cables---should no vehicle be available for a jump. What sold me primarily is the claim that this will hold a charge for a year! While I have not used it to jump vehicle yet I came to find that this is also a battery backup for anything that plugs into a car lighter or a USB port. I have used it for this-----going through the manufacturer recommended cycling of new battery----and it's worked great! Appears to be a really cool

When I got this item it was at about 63% charge and wouldnt take any further charge from there - 2 days worth of charging with the provided cable, plugged into an adapter plugged into the wall. 3.1 amp charger. Worked great even at that charge percent, and actually took a little bit of charge after that - back to 63% and now wont take any more charge. Probably going to return next week.

This item is unbelievable that it can do what it says it can do. At first I laughed at the claims made, but, I was proven wrong.

My brother has the Car Jump Starter & he used it to get my car going. The battery was completely discharged and he tried without it being 100%. Once he charged so he had a 100%, it turned the car over very quickly and that sold me on this product, so I don't have to use jumper cables. Thank you very much.

This jump starter has one major drawback. The manual says you have 30 seconds after connecting before it automatically disconnects itself, but I bought two of these and both only gave me between 7 and 8 seconds to attempt to start my car. Needless to say 7 to 8 seconds is not long enough to walk around to the drivers door, get in get in and attempt to start it. This is a major flaw! Nearly impossible for one person to use successfully!

Small package with a punch. Truck has a short which causes it to lose power every so and again. Old truck and we dont use it much. Took this out and connected it, put it to the battery and like magic truck was back on. After that checked stats and the power bank was still showing 100 percent.

Small yet powerful this little jump starter does the trick. I may buy a second one so both trucks have one when needed The booster is not powerful enough for larger vehicles like trucks or RVs!

Simple and easy to use but it will not start a 6 cylinder engine with a 12 v battery at 12.2 v and the jump starter at 100%. A complete failure. If you are buying it to charge your phone or laptop then proceed but if you intend to use it as a backup to start your car in an emergency then stop here.

Used this in a recent cold spell and it came in very handy. Helped out the neighbors and still had enough power for more! Thanks for attention!
