Low pressure best in my review

Take this review with consideration that it has not been used with bait as of yet. I have compared this to my frabill aerator which is powered by a d cell battery. Results are:1. Noise level - very low2. Hose quality - very thin doesn’t maintain shape easily creases3. Air stone - Two stones are not producing as many bubbles as the one that was with my frabillOverall seems like a decent aerator and it gives you the luxury of plugging in overnight to keep bait for multiple days at a time without…

Pros
  • Comes with all necessary accessories for immediate use
Cons
  • May require frequent repositioning for optimal air distribution

Great battery for my opinion

Worked the entire trip. Have used twice. The only thing I do not like is it is easy to turn in when you do not intend to. Every time I put it in the storage compartment to transfer dis, it would turn on. Otherwise it is great.

Pros
  • Helps to promote healthy fish
Cons
  • May not be efficient at keeping water oxygenated

Very quiet but not very powerful

I got this pump for my 13qt bait cooler. It's a decent backup for when my main aerator needs charging. Runs constant for about 9 hours in roughly freezing temps. It works good for smaller minnows but I would not depend on it for larger bait considering its air output may not be sufficient

Pros
  • Displays remaining battery charge via LED indicator lights
Cons
  • May be difficult to assemble

No battery backup best in my review

I doesn't seem to work when not plugged in, which defeats the purpose I was using it for, no battery backup. The tubing that comes with is very flexible and pops off every few days. Requires too much maintenance for a tank filter.

Pros
  • good
Cons
  • May not work well in hot temperatures

Fantastic Unit when it successfully charged

This rechargeable air pump worked fantastic for 3 months. It was quiet, the battery life was fantastic for (a full 12 hours functionality before needing to recharge) and and the long hose with the check valve is amazing. Unfortunately, after 3 months the unit stopped being able to charge completely.

Pros
  • Eco-friendly design reduces waste
Cons
  • May not provide enough oxygenation for high-density aquariums

Best live bait air pump around.

Over the past 5 years I have gone through 3 Hush Bubble aerators that I used to keep bait minnows alive. The Hush Bubbles are not very water resistant and the pump and battery terminals tend to rust. D Cells are expensive so I bought rechargeable D cells. I have a minnow bucket and a bait cooker so I can keep older, left over minnows separate from fresh ones so I can use up the older ones first. I have a 110V two outlet air pump, but on the boat, only a single outlet air pump. I bought this…

Pros
  • Reduces the need for frequent water changes
Cons
  • May not be good for plants that prefer still water

Great Rechargeable Airpump for Power Outage

I had originally ordered this product and cancelled as the reviews were unclear as to whether the pump would start up once the power stops. When connected to the power source via USB, once the power stops- the pump turned on as necessary. I had a forewarning on some electrical work being done on my block so had time to plan ahead to ensure my aquariums had the air necessary for the 4 hour window of having no power.

Pros
  • Pet Supplies
Cons
  • May not be compatible with certain air stones and diffusers

Life-saving product, Texas Winter Storm 2021

These things saved almost all my fish, all but one in the tanks I had these on survived the news-making Texas winter storm of ‘21. Powerful, QUIET, the alert beep is PERFECT for when you are exhausted and sleeping, wakes you up to ensure you don’t lose fish because the pump stops. We charged the first time BEFORE losing power. A long good charge and got a REALLY long use period, 12-15hrs something like that.Next charges were shorter because we had to use the car USB charge and it is SLOW. But…

Pros
  • Offers great value for its affordable price
Cons
  • May be difficult to switch between indoor and outdoor use

Decent quite pump. good for me

Super quite and great design with the little rubber feet. No vibration. I leave it plugged in only as a back air supply to my 120 gallon African Cichlid setup. I tried to use it full time connected to a medium sponge filter but the pump isn't as powerful as many are describing. When going full time the pump eventually starts blinking red as if it isnt being supplied enough power and then shuts off eventually. This isn't good for full time use but great as a portable pump or emergency system for

Pros
  • Lightweight and easy to handle
Cons
  • May not work well in high-altitude areas

This is a fantastic little pump!

I got this to replace the old Mr. Bubbles pump I have been using for years with live minnows and shrimp. Every few year I have to replace the bubble box because the diaphragm cracks, or the actuator arm corrodes and breaks, or I accidently left batteries in it over the winter and they crapped up the battery terminals. This little guy is the ticket! It is rechargeable, so no more expensive D batteries. It lasts about 18-20 hours on a charge. If you are on a boat with a USB charger port, it can…

Pros
  • Helps to keep your fish happy and lively
Cons
  • May require manual start-up after charging

Charger sucks -4 stars, Air Pump 5 stars!

The air pump and battery are a 5 star+, it's everything you could want in a portable air pump. The charger on the other hand is a PEICE OF JUNK❗See picture, on the 5th charging, I unplugged it normally and it fell apart. I had another charger in I box that I'm using now.

Pros
  • Plug-free design for indoor and outdoor use
Cons
  • May be difficult to transport

Hands down the best bang for your buck

I use mine for long days, multiple days, ice fishing. The battery on intermittent will last 24+ hours and it charges up quickly. I paired with my 7.5 Engel and it is perfect

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • May not have a good battery indicator

Great bait pump: my feedback

Love the unit and ease of use. Had to send on back because the charging port went inside the unit. ebay shipped another unit next day and I ordered 2 more for friends

Pros
  • Fish & Aquatic Pets
Cons
  • May clog easily

Great automatic emergency pump!

We got this right before the recent winter storm in the Houston area that was knocking everybody's power out. It was perfect to keep air going for our 55 gallon tank. We just charged it before hand (we used electric in the house, but since it's USB you could also charge it in your vehicle), set it up with 2 long bubble stones and plugged it in to electric, set the mode appropriately and when the power went out it automatically switched to the internal battery. It comes with plenty on long…

Pros
  • Sturdy and long-lasting construction
Cons
  • May not be energy-efficient

Great product with one unfortunate defect

While this is a compact, well built and functional product which helps keep fish alive longer in a tank, also with a great battery life, has two design defects which I cannot understand what they were thinking. First it is very easy to turn it on accidentally because the power button is located in a position where you would naturally grab the item and the slightest touch will hit this button, but worse and less understandable, when you unplug the charging cable it automatically turns on, why…

Pros
  • Can be used in emergency situations
Cons
  • May not be effective in high-pressure aquarium systems
