This wheel is one of the heaviest and most accurate wheels I have seen in a long time. The price is very reasonable. The only thing that kept it from five stars was that part of it was broken on arrival. The broken part is some sort of carbonate plastic latch that holds the top of the handle in place when it's folded. The part broke right out of the packaging.
