Size Matters on my review.

I really loved this cup. For my mother, who has moderate advancing dementia, her dexterity changes hourly, this was a God send. She has a hard time utilizing her right arm all of the sudden. She spilled hot coffee and I was terrified that she burnt herself, thank goodness it landed on the floor, however, with the dementia, her anxiety goes through the roof now, when holding anything. THIS made her want to drink her favorite beverage again! Two downsides for us, size. 1. The Straw. I don't know…

Pros
  • Health & Household
Cons
  • Not suitable for use while lying down

Perfect for the Bedbound Elderly

This cup is the only product that I have found useful for serving liquids to my very ill, very weak 94 year old mother. The flexible tube that works as a straw allows her to suck to intake liquid while other products such as sippy cups require more suction than she is able to generate. When she is too weak to create enough suction to use the flexible tube, the little spout allows me to pour just the right amount of juice, etc. into her mouth. The spout is also perfect for feeding her blended…

Pros
  • Material:304 Stainless Steel+food grade PP and silicone, eco-friendly, non-toxic materials.
Cons
  • Limited color options

Not good for hot drinks

Be very careful when placing hot drinks! Won't stay closed on more than a 45°It doesn't come with a brush for the straw, I sink it on hot water to make sure it's very clean.

Pros
  • The KIKIGOAL Disabled Patient Drinking Cup is an effective and practical aid for those who need assistance with feeding and drinking, making it an ideal product for convalescent patients and those with disabilities
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those who require thicker liquids

Works well - my new review

Love this thing! My father is late stage dementia and bedridden. Cannot comprehend alot and non verbal. This cup doesn't allow too much to come out at once and it seems like he's able to regulate the amount. Definitely helpful with his care. I'd say this is a must have when caring for a bedridden loved one. Works well with water and soup! He is unable to use a straw so I use the other attachment it came with and it's perfect. Worth every penny

Pros
  • The KIKIGOAL Drinking Cup is made from high-quality materials that can withstand frequent use, making it a reliable and long-lasting aid for those in need
Cons
  • May be seen as unnecessary, as there are other adaptive cups available

Just what was needed

This cup is perfect for my bedridden parent to sip soup. The cup unfortunately didn’t come with directions so it is unclear if it is dishwasher safe.

Pros
  • Has all you need to cover many needs with caregiving.
Cons
  • There are no directions so I threw it away

Brought 2 of these cups for my Mom who couldn't take solid food. The cap got loose and not secure after using with hot soup. Liquid dripped when it was held upside down.Thermal design for cup's material seemed to have different expansion issues between the cap and the cup.Ended up throwing away both cups.Buyers beware.

Pros
  • Great for bedridden patients.
Cons
  • Not suitable for hot drinks, as the cup is made of plastic

This cup enables me to give mom much needed liquids

The tube seems to be much easier for mom, who has alzheimers, to drink liquids.I can lean the cup without liquid pouring out. Works great!

Pros
  • The straw design of the cup makes it easy and convenient to drink liquids, allowing users to remain independent and maintain their dignity while being cared for
Cons
  • Some users may prefer a strawless option

I like this so much, I'm buying a second one

It really is spill proof! I use this to get liquids into my bed-ridden mother. We like the fact that the straw is static so that we can aim without having to tip the cup. The straw is also pretty long so she doesn't have to have it in her face when she is drinking. I was leery on the price, but it is definitely worth the price.

Pros
  • Excellent! Love this product! Highly recommend! If u have a handicapable loved one this cup is great
Cons
  • Only suitable for those who have difficulty drinking without assistance

Very durable , satisfied

The best of the best, I highly recommend it . I bought it for my mom she’s bedridden and no worries of spilling! That's my feedback!

Pros
  • I got this for my mom who has had a stroke. It's very durable.
Cons
  • This item is a total waste of money.

Small cup for disabled man's hand

Cup is too small and difficult for a disabled person to hold. The cup arrived in a box and the only English on the box was "nursing cup". The rest of the box was written in a foreign language. I immediately contacted Revain and requested a return. The company who sold it said it would take too long to process a refund, they suggested they would refund me 1/2 of the amount I paid, and I could keep the cup. I told him if I had to keep the cup it was going in the garbage. After going…

Pros
  • Hygiene
Cons
  • May not be dishwasher safe

Perfect for geriatric

This is my new favorite thing. My aged mother has tremors and tends to drink lying down and things spill. This cup solves everything. She can drink, food stays hot or cold, no spills. Love it

Pros
  • Capacity: 350ml,Heat-resistance temperature:-20-120℃, Attractive and functional, Can be used as a universal cup or Spout mouth cup.
Cons
  • Not eco-friendly, as it is a single-use item

Better than expected!

Better than expected! Came back to order a 2nd. Purchased for grandmother with failing health. I had gotten for soup/broth, but she loves having everything through it even her water. She said likes how gentle the straw is, how cold it keeps the water (insulated like a yeti cup). I have not heard how soup is through it, but after reviewing the competition this seems like the clear choice.

Pros
  • Comfort: The cup's ergonomic design and comfortable grip make it easy to hold and use, reducing the strain on the hands and wrists of caregivers and patients alike
Cons
  • Not suitable for those with allergies to plastic

Easy to use: my feedback

This cup made it possible for my grandma to drink milkshakes and soups in her final days. It was so much easier to use! May not fit all types of straws!

Pros
  • Safety
Cons
  • May not fit all types of straws

Very light cup which is great for my elderly dad.

I like that this cup is very light do my dad can almost pick it up. It is light enough that I can prop it on him and he can move the straw into his mouth so he is not totally dependent on me giving him a drink. With Alzheimer’s, I never know what he will drink, so I have different things ready to try in these glasses.

Pros
  • Mobility & Daily Living Aids
Cons
  • Limited capacity, which may not be sufficient for some

This cup didn’t work for my elderly 87yr mom.

My 87 year old mom didn’t like the plastic smell of the straw and complained that the straw made it hard for her to suck up her juice she no longer uses it

Pros
  • Double-wall vacuum design keeps water warm longer.
Cons
  • May not fit in standard cup holders

A spillproof cup!: my feedback

My husband has a disease and we needed something with a handle and straw that he could use easily and, that if he could hold it by himself, if it tipped it would not leak or spill. This is the cup! We purchased two of them and rotate them with ice water, a protein drink, cola, or orange juice. The rubber seal ring comes off and cleans up easily and is easy to put back on the cup. Initially he used it as a sippy cup, but now uses the straw which can be cut into a shorter length. It holds 8…

Pros
  • Great idea for elderly or weakened stroke survivors! I love it!
Cons
  • Doesn’t go into a microwave and is too small for an adult

Nothing in English: my feedback

This item claims several uses however there is NOTHING written in English nor can I determine HOW to use ANY way that claims it is possible to do. Danger of ordering from Revain is now they allow sale of items (without oversight) from other countries that have NO English information. Just looks like cheap garbage. Not sure it’s worth the effort to return.

Pros
  • Versatility
Cons
  • Could be seen as a shortcut to proper feeding and hydration techniques

Good for drinking, or soups that are puree

This works really well for getting my client the liquids that she needs. We use the straw lid most often. We just hand wash, we may buy another. The instructions won't help, but it's easy to figure out. It is not spill proof.

Pros
  • My mom had a stroke and this helps her swallow with her facial aphasia.
Cons
  • Not ideal for those with limited dexterity

Perfect for elderly mom

I needed something that was adult for my bedridden mom but didn’t want to use kids sippy cup. This was the versatile product that delivered it all

Pros
  • thumbs up.... its pretty much spill proof.
Cons
  • Could be seen as stigmatizing for disabled individuals
