We really liked this faucet but on the 2nd day it stopped working. We changed the batteries and at the end of the day it stopped working again. The batteries have been replaced again. We used brand new Energizer and Duracell batteries. The next morning it didn't work again and water flowed out of the lever. At that point we decided we would return it and another faucet. Very disappointed as I liked the color of the faucet!

It took me several hours to disassemble the old faucet, then plug it in and figure out how to put it back together as I'm not comfortable at all. The closest I got to tools is hanging shelves and pictures BUT the end result is great! No dripping, surprisingly tall faucet so there's now more room for kids to fill it up with dirty dishes 😂 I still don't have the touch part that works, but once I've got that sorted I'm sure everything will be perfect! I paid a plumber to remove my old faucet and install this faucet. It worked fine for two weeks, then the faucet stopped working at all. Not sure how I feel about this yet. We installed it yesterday and weren't thrilled from the first use. It only seems to work in touch mode. When you lower the handle to use it as a normal faucet, water will flow for 1 second and then turn off, and you need to touch the spout to make water flow.
