It's amazing and sturdy. The slider snaps a little as it slides to one side or the other. It doesn't float, so you don't have to worry about it tipping over and mixing dirty and clean dishes. It comes with sticky pads if your dishwasher doesn't have a magnetic front. Two weeks 4, 7 and 11 years and the glue is still holding.

I bought this and received the exact item. I put it in the dishwasher and it fell off the first night, the magnet was still attached but the lining fell off. I left a 2 star review. They emailed me that they would send me a new one. It lasted a week and still hasn't fallen off. Customer service is very important to me! Thanks for sending me a new one, we love it!

it's far superior to others I've bought. It won't fall out of the dishwasher. The magnet is super strong. I don't even know if I can take it off if I want to. It's a lot more than I expected, but it's nice. The only downside is that the slider moves when you open/close the dishwasher or when you bump into it while walking past. If they could make gliding a little harder I would give it 5 stars.

I can't comment on the magnet feature as my dishwasher doesn't have a magnetic surface that I wanted to attach the sign to, so I used the double sided sticky pads that came with the sign.
