Installation Issues

Like the price and the looks but had installation issues. Mounted the faucet but it was spinning at the base on the sink. When trying to remove I found the U nut was cross threaded. I could not tighten or loosen the nut. The the thread shiaft came unscrewed from the body. I had to cut the faucet off the sink. Walmart did replace it.

Good quality, nice appearance.

So far, I really like this faucet. All the metal parts seem to be heavy weight solid brass. It only looks like a commercial faucet, but is actually a standard home faucet with retractable hose. The hose appears to be plain rubber with no overbraid, so I don't know about its ultimate durability, but for the price of a single retail store faucet, you can get 4 or 5 of these. It is attractively large, but not crazy big and should fit most homes. Installation was quite easy, with a single caveat…

Broke after installing.

Sprayer head brown within 30 days. I'd rather not remove it all, trying to contact seller to get replacement spayer head with no success so far.

Manufacturing FU. POS and waste of a lot of time. So frustrating!

After fully installed and connecting the water lines, one of the inner connectors were not threaded. WTF? Total waste of time. You should owe me! Get some quality control. It looked nice installed, but my time was worth more than the purchase price.
