This is a perfect choice if you are in need of a rugged push button! These metal push buttons are a very tough, small, panel-mount latching switch with an illuminated Blue LED ring. It is a SPDT with 16mm threading and 1mm pitch. This button is perfect for basic On/Off functions with cable length 60cm / 23.6in. These latched buttons are rated up to 5A and 250V AC while the LED is rated for 3-6V. Momentary switch: Push & Hold,ON; Release,OFF. Works well with the PC and any device that requires a momentary 12V pulse to initiate on/off functions

Probably best for 12V applications only

I haven't used this to send "12V pulses" so the lack of functionality is probably my fault. The button I received wasn't sensitive enough and the connection wasn't good until it was pressed firmly. I was able to easily press the button above the hump without a trigger. Not comfortable enough for me because I can't expect everyone to press the button correctly. Maybe it's just my case, I disable Alarm IN on hikvision dvr for my doorbell and alerts, but it doesn't work perfectly. Can work well by

LED bulb failed after 3 days

The power button still works, but the LED indicator stopped working after three days. Not sure if it's 2 or 3 stars as half of them work, but 3 stars seems 'average' and a break within 3 days seems a little less than average to me.

  • This is the perfect choice when you need a long lasting button! These metal pushbuttons are very durable small panel mount latching switches with a blue LED light ring.

On arrival for computer components

The LED is on, but the button doesn't even work. As soon as I had mounted the button on the MDF table, it fell apart. The green wire on "Power SW" also appears to be pinched/damaged. Update: I fixed it myself. Now it works fine.

  • This is SPDT with 16mm thread and 1mm pitch. This button is ideal for basic on/off functions with a 60 cm cable.
