Great spray paint

Good coverage but it ejects a lot of powder that lands in unexpected places so cover your patio or balcony very carefully and use a mask if you have breathing problems . The color matches the cap and a little has come a long way. Be careful with the thickness of the application as it will drip because it is heavy. You don't have to grind either. SHAKE GOOD! I've read comments about it not being covered, I suspect they didn't shake the jar, nor did they occasionally shake it during spraying…

Wrong size/price. Find out before you buy

This ad is outrageous. They have a 16 ounce can listed and priced as a quart (32 ounces, double the product). This is false and doubtful to those who may not understand it immediately. The $19 price tag is what other retailers list 32 ounces for. So do some homework, and depending on the scope of your project, a visit to Home Depot/Lowe's might save you a lot. I love this varnish and this color!

Wow! This paint is great! It appears to have a satin finish rather than a chalk finish, which actually worked better for my use. If you're looking for true scarlet, which is defined as a bright red with a slight orange tinge, I think you'll be happy. In fact, I thought scarlet tended more toward deep purples; I'm glad I trusted the color shown and bought it anyway. Great finish to your project!

Very simple and easy to use. I applied a coat to the dark brown mirror frame after two coats of Rust-Oleum Chalked Ultra Matt White. (Highly recommend) I also bought the brush recommended in this purchase. And I used the same brush with sealing wax. This transparent sealing wax is viscous and milky, but dries completely transparent and matt! Good thing it's thick so it doesn't drip everywhere. The smell is not too strong.
