Fits very well on my 1 inch engine guard on my motorcycle. This mount comes with a variety of rubber pads, making it suitable for a variety of bar sizes. At first I thought I would use the smallest shim (just a strip of rubber) but then I swapped out the shim for the next larger size and tightened the clamps. They're pretty strong for the price but not the most perfect finish. They look like they've spent some time in the parts bin and are simply dangling in their packaging when shipped. Several dents. Aluminum mount is fine. The Allen key that came with it is junk. It was rounded off until the screws were fully tightened. However, it's okay. When installing rubber inserts, it's a bit difficult to get around the pipe and tighten the bolts, but the rubber is soft enough to push through. Once you start the first bolt everything is fine. At $9 for 2 packs these brackets meet my needs for adding extra lights to motorcycle crash bars. There were only 2 issues with them, the first was fixed with parts and know how. Second, one of the set screws stripped the threads right off the screw. The product is beautiful, light weight, fits many bars but my main issue is how easily the screws holding the two pieces together break out with minimal pressure. I alternately tightened it with two screws until it was tight and I tightened the bottom screw until I thought it would hold in place with no problem.
