Perfect for winterizing camper vans

This product is great for winterizing your camper van. Open the RV faucet, connect the nozzle to the RV water inlet, and connect the air compressor. Open other faucets and flush toilets. Make sure your air compressor is set at around 15psi so you don't damage your RV's lines. You can also use it to blow water out of garden hoses. Again, use a regulated air source. In any case, it doesn't take much air pressure to remove water from the lines.

Hose cleaning for the winter done in one fell swoop!

I used to wrap a wet towel around one end of the hose to try and blow the water out. It took forever due to air leaking out of the towel. With this wonderful device I was able to get the job done in a minute or two - plug and blow. I couldn't believe how easy it is and wish I had bought it years ago! Love the fact that it comes threaded so either end of the hose can be used. I don't have an RV or similar but if it would work that well on my hose I'm sure your RV etc would really benefit from…

perfect idea in Power Tool Parts & Accessories

I don't own an RV, but I do have a few cattle tankers in the Midwest. Instead of draining 100 feet of hose a few times a day, I started using them. I really can't say enough good things about her. If I could give 4.75 stars I would. The only reason I couldn't put a full 5 was that the male adapter's hex head is close enough to the male end of the hose and is too small that it can be a problem to tighten it very firmly without tools. Hand.Punkline of history, with a distributor in the water line

It's so nice to have the right tool for the job

So I felt almost stupid buying this. But in recent years two of my hoses have deteriorated due to water remaining in the line and they have burst in the winter in the cold. I tried all the tricks mentioned here to get the water out of the hoses in the fall. (A rag with an air compressor nozzle, duct tape.). Everything never worked well and I spent a good hour of my time fiddling with things and never getting any clean lines but kinda got really wet. So I bought it this year. Stupid $9 and I…
