He can't count and count but he loves all the noises and lines this toy makes. As someone who doesn't live in the house I'm also fascinated by how loud it is, especially since I can get video and mute the sound. However, it is not as good as moon sand.

This is a great little toy for your little ones aged 2+. It will help them with eating, counting, forms, etc. It's interactive. Several different modes that require you to scan items and add them to your shopping cart. If you have a toddler who loves the grocery store and shopping in general, that would be great.

They loved this basket and the LeapFrog Count-Along Scanner. They had a lot of fun. There was a lot in it. It worked well. Glad there were so many. They really liked to play pretend. I think such a game is very educational and interesting for them. The quality was good. It worked as it should. There were no problems, I recommend.

My 3 year old daughter loves to push her imaginary shopping carts and she seemed to enjoy it. It easily converts from a basket to a shopping cart and stores all groceries and the scanner when not in use. The different scanner modes can be useful for kids doing this, but mine just loves to scan things and throw them in the cart. Great for roleplay.

My 4 year old seems to enjoy it more than my 18 month old. Both love to carry the basket in any mode. This is a cute toy with some basic educational games. Scanning is a little weird because you have to place the scanner directly on the item and then it sticks to it with a magnet. Not sure if ours is broken or not but this toy didn't do anything it should. This seemed like a great idea for toddlers and preschoolers as they are always happy to help out at the inspection desk.
