Not to mention the installation which should take a technician maybe 20 minutes per unit, these bulbs make TAAAAAO lots of light and such a comfortable temperature. I don't have a headache. It is the ideal solution for switching from old lamps to LEDs.

Easy to install. Used them to replace bulbs in fixtures with two RV.Thinlight bulbs. Simply unplug the switch + ballast wire and cut the bulk from the ballast and wire to the included wiring harness. Takes 5 minutes to repair. No longer uses ballast. 12V directly to the bulb.

That's cool! I installed them in my Lance camper, very easy installation, the instructions were clear enough. Much more light, much better than fluorescent lighting. Warm white is perfect. Much better. If you hesitate to do it or not, just do it.

I really like this warm white. It's slightly cooler than an incandescent bulb and not blue at all. Certainly much better than the green cast of the old fluorescent tubes. They put out about 20% more light than the fluorescent lights they replaced. I like that they connect directly to 12V, which requires a bit more effort to install but eliminates the noisy and inefficient ballast.

More yellowish white like fluorescent than white like other LED or regular bulbs. Still a darn good upgrade from the old fluorescent light on the camper, less wattage and a little brighter. Remember, you're bypassing the ballista and controls and plugging straight into the switch. If you do not feel comfortable doing a little wiring, you can contact the store. It's really easy once you've done the wiring yourself.

So we used them in the RV to replace our existing fluorescent lights. It took a bit of reconfiguration, but it's not the end of the world. The color is pleasant, warm shade; exactly what we were looking for. However, due to the bulkiness of the device, the device's lid protruded a bit; it mostly fits, but rarely. If the wiring to this new LED bulb came out the side instead of the back, the blocks would match up perfectly. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for this issue.

This thing is bright. Make sure you turn off the transformer (ballast). Mine came with the center wire and connector I used, not the ends of the tube. BE CRAZY! This is very important for some devices. It only works for 30 minutes but I'm impressed. It's too bright, I'll probably connect a power resistor and lower the voltage a bit to dim it. I replaced the fluorescent lights in my van with these and WOW! I was immediately impressed! These LEDs give off bright, warm and beautiful light! Bypassing the ballast was easy, just unplug the wires going to the fixture and plug in the pigtail that came with the LED tube. In general, when we replace incandescent bulbs with LED, the light output will be brighter. Not so with these, they are definitely darker. The color is not the typical fluorescent yellow-green, but softer, almost with a pink tinge.
